HOLIDAY/SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Peggy Karr Glass will be CLOSED FOR BUSINESS and there will be NO SHIPPING on the following 2012 holidays:  Friday through Sunday July 4-8 for Independence Day - Monday, September 3 for Labor Day - Thursday and Friday November 22-23 for Thanksgiving - Friday, December 21 through January 1 for our annual Christmas Week Shutdown.  We will be reopening on Wednesday, January 2, 2013. Shipping will resume Thursday January 3, 2013.

OUTLET STORE WILL BE OPEN during Shutdown Wed-Fri 10am-5pm and Sat 10am-4pm.

ORDER STATUS & SHIPPING POLICY
Peggy Karr Glass strives to ship all orders in a timely manner.  Most orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. However, due to the hand-made nature of our beautiful glassware and product availability, please allow 1 - 3 weeks for delivery.  We make every effort to ensure the fastest possible delivery.  Should you need your items sooner, please check on the availability of the product by e-mailing us at online@peggykarrglass.com .
 
Peggy Karr Glass ships via UPS.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes.  We are not shipping internationally at this time.
 
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your purchase.  You will also receive a second e-mail confirming the shipment of your order.  Tracking information will be included in that e-mail or an order update.

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover or AMEX at this time as well as PayPal.  Your order will be charged at time of shipment.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your shipment is damaged upon receipt, a claim must be made within five business days.  Please open your package and inspect it upon receipt.  If the package is damaged, please save all packing materials and contact us as soon as possible.  You will receive instructions regarding disposition of the damaged items.  As soon as the claim is issued by us, a replacement shipment will be shipped to you.  Also see Returns and Refund Policy below.

MISSING PRODUCT
All orders must be inspected for missing items within 5 days of receipt.  If your package is missing items, please contact us immediately.  After 5 days, we are not responsible for missing items from order.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Refused merchandise will be charged for the freight charges both ways, unless you receive permission via e-mail to refuse the shipment.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Please make sure you enter your address correctly as the label will be printed just as you enter your information.  Make sure you enter apartment numbers, suite numbers or any other details.  We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.  If you call and change your address after the product has already shipped, you will be responsible for a second shipping charge

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail at online@peggykarrglass.com.  Orders will be cancelled if items have not been shipped.  We cannot accept order cancellations via phone due to the lack of paper trail.  This makes it easier for you and for our team to track all cancellations.  We will do our best to cancel your shipments, but if the order has shipped, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.  Our exact shipping costs will be deducted from all orders, including free shipping and discounted shipping orders.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be applied to the original credit card upon which the returned item was purchased.  Refunds for returning merchandise will not be processed until the returned items are received back in our warehouse.  Please note it can take up to 15 days for us to refund your account upon receipt of your refund request.  And, depending upon when this refund takes place in the billing cycle of your credit card, it may not appear until the month after your current billing cycle.  So, please allow for up to two billing cycles or 60 days for your refund to show on your credit card statement.
